Included services: beach service (umbrella and chairs), access to pools (9:30–12:30 and 16:30–19:30), entertainment and miniclub in July and August, centralised air conditioning (14:00–16:30 and 22:00–06:00).
Security deposit: upon arrival, a € 100.00 deposit is required for each unit. The deposit will be returned at check-out if no damages have occurred during the stay.
Final cleaning: Studios € 30; One-bedroom € 45; Two-bedroom € 60. Bed linen on request: € 5 per person per change.
Pets: allowed free of charge. They may access the beach (under the umbrella, without disturbing other guests). Pets are not allowed in the water during bathing hours and are not permitted in the pool.
Air conditioning (AC): surcharge for unlimited use € 100 per week.
Tourist tax: € 2 per person per night for the first 7 nights; applies to guests over 10 years of age. For updates, please refer to the official website of the Municipality of Scalea.
Check-in and Check-out times
- Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Please respect the indicated times so our staff can ensure a warm welcome and thorough cleaning of the units. For arrivals outside the scheduled times, please contact us in advance to arrange a solution.
